Serviceable Locations
We currently ship only within South India, covering the following states:
- Tamil Nadu
- Kerala
- Andhra Pradesh
- Telangana
- Karnataka
🚫 We do not ship to any other Indian states or union territories at this time. Orders placed outside our service zones will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Shipping Charges (Per Kg)
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and delivery location:

Tamil Nadu ₹45/kg
Kerala ₹65/kg
Andhra Pradesh ₹65/kg
Telangana ₹65/kg
Karnataka ₹65/kg
Shipping charges are auto-calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the products in your cart.
Delivery Timelines
We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka: 3–6 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, festive seasons, courier availability, and pin code serviceability.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
Non-Deliverable Areas
We do not deliver to the following regions at present:
North India, East India, and West India
Including states such as Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, etc.
Return to Origin (RTO)
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will be applicable for any further delivery attempts.
