Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.
Only products delivered to the above-mentioned South Indian states are eligible for returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Customized products or items sold on a final sale basis.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery via our Contact Page or email/phone.
Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
Shipping Charges for Returns
If the return or exchange is due to our error (such as wrong or defective items), return shipping charges will be borne by us.
For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund promptly.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
After receiving your returned item and verifying its condition, we will ship the replacement within 2-4 business days.
Only one exchange per item is allowed.
